Because of Covid-19, all Yoga sessions in person will be carried out adhering to social distancing (at least 6 feet between mats, no adjustments/touching).
One-hour Hatha-Vinyasa flow. All levels. We practice meditation and pranayama (Yogic breathing) and flow through a gentle but invigorating and strengthening sequence.
Yoga relaxes, cleanses, restores focus and balance, and invigorates you for the rest of your day!
Private sessions take place (you choose) at your house, in my yard (Encinitas), the beach or at a park (San Diego North County). Sessions will be adjusted to your level of practice.

WHAT IS YOGA?

Yoga means Union in Sanskrit, between the mind, body and spirit, with the Source of existence.
