The Amazon rainforest is one of the last places on Earth with pristine and intact ecosystems, often referred to as the "lungs of our planet". Its existence is threatened by the cattle industry, agriculture, logging and gold mining.

We will be staying at a beautiful eco lodge at the Madre de Dios river. The closest town is Puerto Maldonado (about an hour away). Due to Covid we will offer the retreat at a heavily discounted price. It's safe to travel and we would love for you to join us.

During this retreat we will detoxify on all levels, the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Being in the Amazon is a magical and healing experience. We will be learning about our interconnectedness with nature and how to heal ourselves naturally. Parts of the proceeds from the retreat will go toward supporting the attached wildlife rescue center and their rainforest conservation efforts.

*Detoxification Program:

The main aspect of Regenerative Detoxification is cleansing and detoxifying the organs and body systems from acids, toxins and pesticides, and starting the process of cellular regeneration that leads to true healing.

Our choice of acidic foods on top of toxins, pesticides and stress make our body systems acidic which often leads to systemic acidosis, toxicity, chronic inflammation and a host of disease symptoms down the road. On top of that, most people have a chronically congested lymphatic system and that is where ninety percent of all disease processes begin.

Cells, tissues and organs will heal and regenerate when they have been cleansed and detoxified. And we will start that process during our Amazon retreat with a gentle detoxification program based on local, fresh, delicious fruits and veggies, fresh juices and a cooked, vegan meal at night. You will never be hungry because the fruits and vegetables are full of the nutrients your body really craves. There will always be juices and snacks available during the day in case some cravings kick in. And the vegan meal at night will be plentiful and a great way to slow down the detox so that you won't have to experience any heavy detoxification symptoms.

Upon registration you will receive instructions on how to prepare for your gentle Amazon detox.

Paying your Initial Deposit of $350, payable by Venmo or Paypal to @CorryLang, will lock in your tuition rate and hold your space for the trip. A non-refundable $35 payment processing fee will be added to the tuition rate upon registration. For technical questions or alternative payment options, please contact us. In response to COVID-19, we are offering a temporary exception to our cancellation policy. When you sign up for any 2022 retreat, your deposit is fully transferable. There is no cancellation fee if you transfer to another trip or put your deposit ($350) on hold for a future trip, until the final payment due date (6/20/2022).
